I just realized that I could rip off of movies in a parody to bring comedy to my writing, humor to even the difficult parts
Like in the movie taken, I have a set of special skills that I will use to discuss what I need to.
Making a film based on a book that speaks out against domestic violence, there is still misogyny and retaliation in the background.

I want to take the article that James Gunn discussed how Superman can bring a divided America back together.
I want to finish the Matrix writing I've started
I want to work on that heuristic guide to the positive Trickster
The impact of Truman Show , working in corporate world
I also want to write about Christmas movies
Start with this
It has to be about how we survive so we can help other people to know they can survive
It can't be about trying to get vengeance
To be about saving others as well as the healing Journey
Something in the writing should be attached to love and joy
Writing out of the love that we found from the black sheep gospel
I cry at the start of every movie / I guess cause I wish that I was making things too

Be sure to go back and check out those books again, as I was thinking about this back in December of 2022. I'm trying to figure out what led me but thinking of trout trauma-informed things and how to face my own histories through something I love.
Trying to find ways to not perform in a hyper-masculine way.

I mean, people who don't go to superhero movies might be missing out, or people who are going just for the spectacle or entertainment might be missing out, or missing out on how these movies can see or show Humanity in a way that dramas can't, or normal Thrillers can't, or normal horror movies can't.
I mean, we have a criminal billionaire who is in power and the militia coming down to take out president-elect.
The screenplay was finished just days before January 6th.

key terms!
I love how this article takes the films narrator and creates a meta moment from the language of the film!
"So now then.
This is the story of a budding cinephile who stumbled upon an unusual film and resolved, insofar as any 13-year-old can set firm intentions, to spend the rest of his life watching, and writing about, movies. An eighth-grader cross-legged on the floor of his parents’ bedroom, clicking the channel to IFC and finding the trio of uncanny coincidences that make up the film’s prologue. A solitary, bookish boy whose dreams came true, after a fashion, who proved that movies really can change your life — albeit in ways you can never quite plan on. And it is in the humble opinion of this narrator that this is not just something that happened. This cannot be one of those things. This was not simply a matter of chance. These strange things happen all the time."

Experimental writing one thing I might try to do is switch from memoir to the movie description, as in describing what is happening to the movie and including dialogue but not mentioning the movie it came from. I would have it in the notes.
For instance talking about applying to McDonald's or working at McDonald's or even the thing about when I was asked to close and then having the switch to fast food nation the scene with the manager
My mom coming out to me followed by the scene in fried green tomatoes where the husband gets angry
Somewhere also collage was how the actors talked about how they played a queer but didn't want to be obvious just to escape the sensors
I like that Louise Krug as well as Jess Zimmerman writes with these collage points and they serve as really great examples of what I should do as I'm introducing concepts of mythology, AKA what other people say, what the trickster who is positive, what all of these things I want to introduce I just can't have without my story. It's going to be interspersing things but also describing use Rich details about spaces places, movie scenes, the things I really love. To bring the joy of even a really well filmed movie as I describe what makes that seem so well done, like the Punch-Drunk Love bathroom scene and how simply amazing it is with how sound and a still camera as if eavesdropping on a character who is simply lost it.
